Here's a consolidated list of some post-season lax options – Camps, Clubs and Fitness Programs. 

The short descriptions about each one are just extracts from the organizations themselves – NJL doesn’t necessarily promote any of these, we just want to present options to our families.  

 

Camps:

These camps are designed for Boys and Girls off all skill levels looking to take their game to the next level through 3d’s unique Box/Hybrid Methodology and youth curriculum. Players will be grouped by age and skill level during the 3 days to maximize reps and tailor skills and techniques being taught. Beginners and experienced players will be taught high level skills they never thought they were capable of and begin to perfect them. U15, U13, U11, U9 Boys and Girls.

The camp’s goal is to stimulate the love of the sport of lacrosse. The camp is dedicated to provide individual instruction to players of all ages and abilities. A low player-to-coach ratio and players-to-field ratio make for a great teaching and learning environment. Instruction will include the fundamental skills, tactics and techniques of lacrosse. The members of the staff represent years of coaching and playing experience. All aspects of the game will be covered including: (1) Passing & Shooting; (2) Catching & Scooping; (3) Cradling & Dodging; (4) Offensive Movement; (5) Defensive Position & Techniques; and (6) Game Tactics and Strategies. Goalies will be provided extra instruction. Individualized instruction by a knowledgeable coaching staff that represents years of coaching and playing experience. Campers are certain to leave camp with a greater understanding and enjoyment of the game of lacrosse.

GameBreaker is proud to return to Staples High School for this Westport girls lacrosse camp.  This camp is open to girls ages 6-17, camp runs 8:30-12 daily.  Campers will learn individual stick skills, positional play, team concepts, and will scrimmage daily.  We also hold many fun contests during the week for great prizes.  Join us for an unforgettable week of lacrosse and fun!

Day Camp (All Storm Girls Teams)

Another core piece of our summer training program.  We will host a full-week afternoon camp for all Girls Storm teams in the middle of June.  This camp will be our primary instructional opportunity for our younger players, and our afternoon schedule is intended to accommodate players who may still be in school.

With the introduction of 3d Tri-State, 3d Lacrosse is committed to delivering a superior club team experience for Tri-State area lacrosse players and families looking for more than what is typically offered in the marketplace. With the success of the boy’s teams this fall, we are extremely excited to launch the girls programs. 3d’s combination of exceptional coaches carefully trained in the Box/Field Hybrid Development System™ followed by a consistent instruction curriculum and thoughtfully planned tournament competition is unique and unlike anything most players have ever experienced.  3d Lacrosse uses the Box/Field Hybrid Development System to develop skills required for competition at the youth and high-school level. CT Chargers is a premier lacrosse program based in southern New England that supports positive youth development as the foundation to build more than just athletes. CT Grizzlies is the premier girl’s lacrosse program offered in lower Fairfield County. Our mission is to provide the best coaching in helping develop and allow players to maximize their potential in the club lacrosse circuit. In addition, we provide the best opportunities for placement of CT Grizzlies high school players in collegiate women’s lacrosse programs across the country. Our job to is teach our players how to play lacrosse as a team, as well as provide them with the individual instruction to make them stand out while showcasing in lacrosse tournaments in the summer and fall seasons. You will not find a better, more dedicated staff than those who coach with our program. In addition to teaching your daughters lacrosse and making them better players, we also strive to develop them into mature, confident, strong young women on and off the field through life lessons.

CT LAX has been mentoring, teaching and coaching the next generation of girls lacrosse players in the area for the last nine years. We are very excited to announce that CT LAX is organizing a fall & winter program as well as four elite middle school teams that will compete in three different tournaments during the Summer of 2015.  Our goal at CT LAX is to further develop the middle school players skills and knowledge of the game, in preparation for the next echelon of play at the high school level. Directed by former Division I Coach, UNC player and current Greenwich High School Varsity Head Coach Caitlin Young (approximately 10 years of club experience) Sound Crosse and Sound Lacrosse Girls Camps provide youth and high school lacrosse players from Fairfield and Westchester County a world-class lacrosse opportunity. The SoundCrosse girls program prides itself upon maximizing our players full potential on and off the field. Teams are made up of a variety of players from Fairfield and Westchester County. We are committed to bringing in the best of the best from different areas. Our fall and summer training schedules run parallel with the evolving recruiting process; not only providing players with optimal exposure opportunities, but also giving them the time and tools to be successful at other camps and showcases of their choice. The SoundCrosse coaching staff includes current High School coaches, former players and other experienced and passionate role models. SoundCrosse differentiates itself through top coaching, acknowledgement of the evolving recruiting process and a highly competitive level of play. Practices and boot camps are run at a college pace. SoundCrosse will also feature guest coaches throughout the year including current college coaches, top former players as well as current US Team members.
